Receipt upload

Update: I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it and all features returned, including receipt capture.

Since the app was updated I cant find the section to upload my receipts for credit. You state it can be done but Ive looked at every possible menu and cant find it. Now I have to drive all the way back to a Tanger outlet to have my receipts recorded.
