This app pretty much shows the same information you can get from the Tanger Outlet website (why waste space on mobile device when you can just go to the website). Also, the receipt capture feature, which is the main reason why people download this app, does not seem to work. A couple months ago, I scanned several receipts plus entered all total purchase amounts. I never received any points and my card balance is still at $0. On top of this, the "deals" at our local Canadian outlet are not really worth the visit. This useless app plus lack of deals could mean our outlet closing later down the line - sort of like Target in Canada. Tanger really needs to sort things out with their app. I dont want to have to line up at their customer service desk each time I need to adjust points on my cards. Couldnt they just equip all stores with a club card scanning device? Customers paid $10 for their club card and for what purpose? We are not receiving anything back for it. No points and no extraordinary deals. Sad.

Every time I click on the links the app closes

I only gave it a ONE start because zero and negative was not available. It crashes EVERY time. It promises surprises and bonuses but only delivers DISAPPOINTMENT. Banish it to the trash. IMMEDIATELY

Had to log out and back in again. Then receipt capture worked.

App does not work. Have spent a good chunk of this evening trying to get it to work so that I can download receipts to my balance. App cuts out. Will have to save receipts for next visit. It used to work great. What happened? Discouraged in St Hubert.

Since last ios update this app no longer works. Is anyone from Tanger reading these comments?

I have added and deleted, tried to set it up as Canada and U.S..As soon as I pick or confirm a location is says loading and closes. I e been stupidly I might add, been trying to get it to work since April. Surely there is a fix?!

And so it begins. Unable to use the app because it wants me to update. Unable to update because it tells me that it is not compatible with my model.

With your new release, the apps doesnt work anymore. I got an error Like this version not support your iPhone. I have iPhone 5.

This app worked great last year (2015) but as of today it doesnt work like it used to! What happened?! Fix it, so I can use all the features again. Using iphone6.

Update: I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it and all features returned, including receipt capture. Since the app was updated I cant find the section to upload my receipts for credit. You state it can be done but Ive looked at every possible menu and cant find it. Now I have to drive all the way back to a Tanger outlet to have my receipts recorded.

There is a glitch with the upload. Its stuck on the Memorial Day sale coupon and you cant get to the stores or any other information

This is the worst app I have ever used and I am a huge app user. 500+ apps.

Has been stuck "loading" for months and more than 1 Apple iOS update. Rebooting phone didnt help. If I click on another part of the app it briefly shows the right information then the app closes itself. Really hard to log my purchases and use the coupons when I cannot open the app.

Downloaded it for the offers and coupons. Absolutely nothing useful about it. Hoping to record receipts like it says it does but they took that feature off. Waste of phone space!!!!!!

This is the best app I have used in a while ! I cant wait to go shopping here in two weeks !
