I removed this app from my phone several months back but downloaded it to my iPad recently. unfortunately, the issues were not fixed. Now, the issue- transaction history will not show up.

I cannot sign into my membership in the app. I can online but the app has issues. I needed the app so I could easily use the coupons but no luck. About to delete app again.

This app is awful!!! Ive changed my password several times because if I sign into club, it says I signed into app. Once I do get signed it it goes right back to sign in page therefore I cant scan my receipts!!

I have an ipad4 and the update does not support my iPad. Had to delete the app

I am unable to update my Tanger app. Apple says it is not compatible with my iPad. I am unable to use my Tanger app now because I keep getting a prompt to update my app and my access is blocked. I have really enjoyed using this app on my iPad and hope the updating problem will be corrected.

So... Seems like iPhone 5 is sentenced to death by this development team even before iPhone 7 is officially released... So sad...

I am mad because I keep track of my purchases and coupons and now it will not let me use this app Bc my phone is not compatible. I have a iPhone 5c and it will not let me update. You need to fix this for other iPhone users.

What gives? I have an update pending in my App Store. When I click to update my current Tanger app I receive an error message stating that the update is not compatible with my iPhone. Oh and the update is to fix some minor bug issues....

Looks like the latest update doesnt work with the 5c. May have to delete

Update required but not allowed!

I have an iPhone 5. I tried to update, and I am receiving an error message telling me this app is not compatible with my phone.

The new app update says it cant be loaded to my iPhone. The app is now worthless because you cant even get in to it! Nice update.

Why have an update if the app is not supported on iPhone 4? Not everyone can afford the newer version of iPhones!! Disappointed in Tanger!! I will have to delete my app if they cant fix it to update on iPhone 4 also!!

I now longer can have the app on my phone cause you no longer support iPhone 5c . Not nice . Now every time I have to go to shopper services to do my receipts . Not nice you supported before and know you dont . Bad review Im writing

Why would you update the app for 5s and ignore the 5c?

Closes itself out every time I try to do anything on it! Tanger needs to stop advertising the app until it is properly working.

Crashes every few seconds. I spent several hundred dollars and downloaded the app to upload my receipts for rewards and I cant even get anything to load. Very disappointed. Terrible app.
